Secure Elements employs experts in information security, compliance, and vulnerability management, and maintains customer centric technical support and training organization. We have developed several training and support service offerings that enable our customers to implement and benefit from best practices of compliance and vulnerability management. We also recognize that certain incidents require high-priority response. At all times, the Secure Elements team provides timely responses to questions, based on the severity of the issue.
Automated Updates and C5 Alert advisories from the C5 Security Labs
All customers with a current maintenance agreement are provided automated updates for all policy, compliance, audit, and remediation templates. This information is constantly monitored and updated by the our C5 Security Labs to address the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits.
In addition, we provide our customers C5 Alert advisories via a secure RSS feed, enabling real time visibility to emerging threats and vulnerabilities as discovered by the C5 Security Labs.
