Position: Inside Sales Representatives
We are currently seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to work as a liaison to existing Secure Elements' prospects/customers and to convert leads to qualified prospects. The positions are ideal for an individual with 2 or more years of inside sales or telesales experience wishing to perfect their sales technique while working in a high-paced team-orientated atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries
- Initiate and ensure customer and prospect follow-ups
- Work closely with marketing and place outbound calls in support of campaigns
- Collaborate with account executives in development and execution of their territory plan
- Initiate account penetration activities for targeted accounts
- Must be able to work a small sale from beginning to end
Requirements
- Be able to target 50+ outbound calls a day (for campaigns), and average 120 outbound calls per week (between campaigns).
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the Secure Elements CRM system
- Working knowledge of SalesForce.com is a plus
- Works well in a team environment
