Career Opportunities - Account Executive

Position:   Account Executives

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned territory to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.  Consistently prospect new business and develop existing business.  Provide accurate and timely forecasts for assigned territory.  Identify larger opportunities and work with sales managers on strategies to close opportunities.  Identify and participate in trade shows, seminars and briefings

Work with Sales Engineer to provide accurate analysis to design solutions that best fit the customers needs.  Influence customers technical requirements and position products relative to the competition.  Contribute and articulate customer presentations.  Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly quota.

Product Areas of Knowledge

Compliance and Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, File/System Integrity Checking.

Requirements

Minimum of five years experience in technical software solutions (highly desirable to have sold security software).  4 or more years of sales experience with a set quota and consistent quota achievement.  Preferred Industry Experience may vary according to vertical: Public Sector, DOD, Finance/Banking, Manufacturing, Chemical, Utilities, Insurance, Medical.  Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to relate technical concepts to Secure Elements and user needs.  Ability to work and learn independently.  Travel is required.

Other Skills (Preferences)

Network security sales experience.  Relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CSOs, MIS, COO or network security personnel.  Track record of exceeding quota within commercial or federal accounts .

Educational/Experience Requirements

Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or other related fields.
