Career Opportunities - Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities: 

• Provide pre-sales support and project management for specific engagements or solution verticals, against quarterly revenue and margin targets, as assigned
• Act as one-stop shop for pre-sales services support to regional sales teams, including opportunity pursuit planning, scoping, and negotiating services
• Work with customers to define solutions/value propositions and to develop rough order of magnitude estimates, refined scopes for services, and signable statements of work
• Actively participate in project kick-off and ongoing project management to serve as a point of escalation as business/technical issues arise
• Maintain accurate and timely project status reports on active engagements, including resource/budget tracking, milestone achievement, work quality, as well as help translate status items into trackable statistics for trend analysis and process refinement
• Facilitate onsite team interaction with Secure Elements Technical Support and Product Management to identify and resolve issues and to mitigate customer impact during engagements

Requirements

• 5+ years technical consulting experience working with large corporate customers
• Experience deploying software to large (2000+ systems) heterogeneous networks
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer facing professional/technical services role
• + years UNIX/Linux admin experience
• 3+ years Windows admin experience
• 3+ years Information Security experience
• Good written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented approach to problem solving
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal instruction and supervision
• Ability to travel up to 75% travel

Educational  / Experience Requirements

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science or other related field to the area of assignment
• Preferred Professional Certifications: SANS, CISSP, CNE, MCSE
